Strategic reviews and organisational development
I lead strategic reviews and organisational development workshops in governance, structure and staffing, financial management and marketing. Clients include national NGOs: Gaia-Amazonas (Colombia), Kaloko Trust (Zambia) and Rostros y Voces (Mexico), INGOs: a strategic leadership development programme for Oxfam GB, and small enterprises: Gift (fundraisers), Greenfinch (waste processing engineers) and ActionAid’s trading subsidiaries.
Programme reviews and evaluations
I led a series of programme management reviews and workshops for Oxfam GB in 16 countries, including a mid-term evaluation of the Oxfam GB/Big Lottery Fund contribution to the One Million Cisterns Project in Brazil. The reviews led to new policies in partnership relationship management.
